Anglican Youthworks respects, and is committed to protecting, your privacy. Information submitted to us through our online store will only be used lawfully by Anglican Youthworks, and will not be disclosed or provided to any other party.

Our online store Order Form requires the submission of some mandatory information (name, address, email, phone number, payment details) for the purposes of placing an online order with us. The online store has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information as it is submitted and under our control. The online store also uses cookies, which are small text files created by a web server and stored on your computer and enable a unique identification to be given to your computer. This enables the functionality of the shopping process allowing tracking of what you have added to your cart. We do not use cookies to retrieve or store personal information about you from your computer. Most Internet browsers are pre-set to accept cookies. However, by disabling cookies you will not be able to participate in some on the online features offered by Anglican Youthworks. If you want to make a purchase but do not wish to enter your credit card details through our Order Form, you may contact us either by phone (+61 2) 8268 3344, or by email sales@youthworks.net, to arrange payment by one of the following methods – providing your credit card details to us either via phone or fax; or mailing a cheque to Anglican Youthworks (for International and Australian customers), or Christian Education Publications (Australian customers only).

Your Customer Name and Password enable Anglican Youthworks to verify you are a registered customer and to help us ensure your personal information is secure. You are responsible to for maintaining the secrecy of your Customer Name and Password. We do not disclose your password details via email or telephone, unless you are able to provide us with a certain level of information that allows us to verify your identity.

Anglican Youthworks may use your data to send you promotional material regarding new or existing products and special offers either via email or post. All emails contain an ‘unsubscribe’ button to allow you to request to no longer receive such promotions. All post promotions have our contact details on them, so you can get in contact to ensure you no longer receive any such material in the future, if that is your wish.

From time to time Anglican Youthworks will revise this Privacy Policy. When we do so, this page will be updated.
